Today was the world premier of our film Raising The Bar at the GI Film Festival. My teammates and I sat in eager anticipation as one by one the other films were shown, and the time slot for our film approached. How would the audience react? Would they like it? We held our breath as the film before ours ended and then there on the big screen, in the Disney Theater, we saw the opening scene of Jason – our main character. The audience laughed at the scenes that were meant to be humorous, listened intently as Jason told the story of how he was injured and his dream of opening his own gym, and there were cheers at the end when … well, I’m not gonna tell you how it ends – you have to see the film 🙂
